Final Walk Through
At this meeting we will walk through your home and show you a few of
the features of your home. Some of the issues that we typically will
cover include: how to work your thermostat, where the water shut off
valves are located, how to run the sprinkler system, how ground fault
interrupters work, the electrical panels are, etc.
Please bring any questions that you may have with you so that we can
discuss those issues at that time. In addition, you may want to bring
some paper to make notes.
Please schedule a few hours to go over the home so that we are not rushed
in this meeting. This is not a good time to have friends or family over
to view the home, because then you will be distracted and will have a
difficult time remembering all of the issues that we discussed with you.
Some people find the walk through to be a little overwhelming, so you
might not want to have a lot of other things planned for the day.
Soon, you need to register all of the manufacturers warranties that
came with your home. Some of the warranties that you need to register
will be: Corian countertops, Owen Corning (roof), your appliances, just
to name a few! If you don't get them registered quickly, you will forget
or lose the paperwork!
This meeting can take up to 1 hour, so plan your time accordingly.
