At this meeting you will be going through your home plans with the framing crew. This will be the last time that you will be able to make certain changes to the plan.

Some of the items that you might want to consider:

Would you like to have any medicine cabinets or an in wall ironing board installed? If so, what would be the location of such items.

How would you like the stairway to be constructed? With a half wall, full wall, or with spindles?

What type of ceiling treatments would you like? Please bring pictures if you have something in mind, otherwise we can make recommendations.

Any other changes to the interior of the home that you would like. Please be aware that most of these options will incur additional expense. We will go through the pricing with you at this meeting.

This meeting may take up to one hour, so plan your time accordingly.
