Exterior Selections
At this meeting, we are going to make all of the selections on the exterior
of your home, this includes siding colors, brick selections, window and
door selections and a few other selections that we need to have made
at this point. We will go through all of the options and be able to answer
any questions that you have at your next meeting.
Vinyl Siding, Shutter, and Gable Vent Selections
We use Architectural Classics Shake Style Vinyl Siding.  We
request that your siding not be the same color as your neighbors, so
that the over all look of the neighborhood blends together but every
home is unique.
You may choose to add shutters to your homes exterior. Shutters are
an additional expense. Over the garage, you have some choices for the
gable vent. Some of these may incur additional expense for installation
if you choose to have brick installed over the garage.
Windows and Entry Doors
We use Andersen Windows and Doors. You have your choice
of double hung windows or casement style windows for the standard price.
You also have the choice between  tan
or white trim on the interior of the home. We will need to know which
you choose at your Exterior meeting. Also you have the choice of what
type of Front Entry door you would like. Some of these options will be
an additional expense. For more information on windows or to view your

We have a variety of options (see below) for the front bedroom window,
some of which will require a vaulted ceiling, which may incur an extra
expense.
      
Brick Selections
We exclusively use Robinson Brick on our homes we have selected some
colors that complement our siding colors and that are currently in stock. *(Click

you to choose from.
In addition to the exterior selections there are a few items that we
need to get selected before the next meeting.
Faucets and Tubs
We showcase Moen Faucets in our homes. If you would like to use any
faucets other than the faucets that I have below, you will need to schedule
an appointment with the plumber. Please be advised, that if you make
other selections, there may be an additional fee for installation, which
we will need to charge. It is difficult to know what that additional
fee(s) may apply until the plumber is there to install. The standard
selections are shown below.
Also, you may decide to have a whirlpool tub. All whirlpool tubs are
an upgrade, and requires increasing the size of the water heater to 50-gallon
capacity.
This meeting may take up to 2-3 hours, so please plan your time accordingly.
