Well Constructed Homes-
We utilize a method called double-wall construction which provides you
with a thicker barrier against the outside elements, and only use the
best carpenters available to construct your home, adding strength and
stability to its structure. We are also now offering a new
method of construction to provide you with even greater energy efficiency,
the ability to withstand F-4 rated tornados, qualify you for a reduction
in your homeowners insurance rates, and guaranteed to reduce your utility
bills up to 70% .* We believe we use some of the best interior
finish contractors in the area, who pay as much attention to your home
as they do their own.
Homes that are well insulated and protected-
We use only Owens Corningª insulation and house wrap - the best in the
industry. A minimum of R-16 in exterior walls, R-38 in the attic to protect
you against the harsh Missouri elements. All exterior penetrations foamed
and caulked to help keep your home draft free. Quiet Zone® insulation
around your laundry room and bathrooms to keep the noise down in your
home. Well insulated garages and garage doors.
Homes that are energy efficient-
We use only the top products in the industry for windows, insulation,
and climate control.
Homes that are safe-
Smoke detectors hard wired in every bedroom in your home in addition
to every level. PVC wiring is used on new home construction to help cut
the rising cost of copper to prevent electrical fires.
Proven Products and People-
We only use materials that have withstood the test of time and well-known
manufacturers who have a solid history of standing behind their products.
We are very selective on the products that we put in our homes and contractors
that we hire.
Service Past Closing-
Landmark provides its own warranty directly from the builder adding
peace of mind. We also offer helpful information and tips on maintaining
your new home.
