Family owned and operated since 1985, Landmark Builders is known throughout
the area for delivering consistent, quality products and services to
its customers.
Greg Andachter, President, began the company after searching to find
a custom builder for his own home. Realizing that none of the builders
he interviewed would meet his expectations for excellence and customization,
he decided to build his own family home. This endeavor quickly grew into
a business that strives to bring to each home the same level of quality
and attention Andachter brought to his own.
Continuing his vision for excellence, Andachter began to build and develop
maintenance provided homes in 1998. Since then, maintenance provided
communities have become an important part of his business and include
Landmark’s premium communities: Cardinal Woods, Remington Villas, and
The Villas of Royal View Meadows. These communities highlight Landmark’s
commitment to its roots: quality custom building. Only expert craftsmen
who take pride in their work and get the job done with quality and efficiency
are hired to work on the properties. While Cardinal Woods quickly sold
out in 2002, Landmark has two convenient locations currently open.
From modest beginnings, Landmark has grown and expanded in many directions.
In addition to maintenance provided homes, Landmark is known for its
custom built homes ranging from $200,000 to $1,000,000. Unlike most large
contractors, Greg Andachter is committed to personally working with you
throughout the process to create your ideal home. Continuing family tradition,
Landmark
now
has two generations working side by side to build the home of your dreams.
